Great customer service, got a halo-halo doesn’t look like in the picture at all!!! Didn’t have no ice cream! Just shaved ice, for $12. Personal opinion not worth, customer service 10/10.

Great Vibes. Awful scam. They charge gratuity (20% not 18%) on All orders and do not tell you until the end! No matter if the service was worth it or not! Raise the bill and it’s during happy hour is crazy. Will Not return due to hidden fees. Great Host/ DJ on Tuesday and Bartender as well but the price jump from $20 to more than double is Not ok!

The venue and ambiance was a 4. Service was a 2. Food was a high 3. I went here for a soft launch of their brunch specials: for your choice of: ube waffles and chicken or ube french toast or omelette station (ala carte of add on to the other menu items), you also get either coffee, tea, cranberry juice or some other juice. Since it was soft launch there was a DJ at brunch, not sure if you’ll get that every time. The venue was dressed up for the brunch with white linen table cloths, gold chargers, all place settings including salad fork. Nice lighting with booths with a view to the bar. Wait staff was polite but felt like they are still new or are still tentative to taking orders. I chose to have coffee and it wasn’t served to me even after asking for it a second time. The chicken and waffle was good. Chicken was tender and cooked well, crispy. Only suggestion is that it would be better with a slight kick - need more spice!

I am so glad I live within walking distance from Buko Resto. This place is great! The food is delicious and affordable. The cocktails are made well and the bartenders are polite and they serve drinks quickly. The hookah bar has a good selection. And the layout and atmosphere is just awesome; it doesn't feel like you're in virginia beach.

I arrived at 2:30pm after a long day at work, I have to be at work at 5am, and after a doctor’s appointment. The reviews for food were great, some said the service was a little slow, but it’s right next to my house, so I stopped. The restaurant was empty with one couple already sitting alone eating their food. I placed my order and signed my receipt at 2:39pm. I didn’t leave until 3:35pm. I asked at the 50 minute mark if there was an issue, as it has been almost an hour. The food was delicious, so I am giving 4 stars. I would never order anything online, and I don’t plan to go back while hungry. Also, they add a 20% gratuity automatically. I asked them to remove it l due to my food being pickup. Glad I tipped only $5, as the meal nearly $40.
